Feasibility + Client Brief

Feasibility consists of a site visit, analysis and investigation of relevant regulations. At this stage we will discuss and understand your requirements as well as your lifestyle. With all the information collected we are then able to provide a rough outline on the maximum footprint we can potentially build on.

Schematic Design

Our team will produce initial design concept sketches and plans that best reflect your wants and needs. The best suited option will then be further developed to best suit your lifestyles and style.

Design Development 

Your chosen design is then developed for planning submission if required. Finalised design includes kitchen, bathroom, ensuites and all custom-built joinery. 3D renders and walk-throughs are provided if desired to better demonstrate your project.

Town Planning

Town Planning drawings are drawn up following relevant rescode guidelines and submitted to council. Once approved, a planning permit is received and we can move on to the next stage.


Construction Drawings

Construction drawings are detailed incorporating all relevant consultants such as engineers, surveyors, geotechnical report, manufacturers' details and landscapers. Working Drawings also include design details and finishes. The detailed set of drawings are then submitted and updated accordingly to obtain a building permit.

Architectural + Interior Specifications

Elevations and details are provided for key spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and all custom-built joinery. At this stage materials selection, fittings, fixtures, and finishes are selected to best suit your lifestyle and budget.


Contract Administration / Project Management

Our team also manages building contract during the construction stage. This includes certifying payments, attending site visits and meetings, and advising on construction details. We undertake a defect inspection prior to final completion to ensure the build is up to standard. After the final defects period we can then issue a final certificate, and the build is complete.
